Excellent and friendly staff, surprised us with champagne and fruits for our honeymoon. Comfortable, spacious room with rich breakfast. New facility, beautiful design, matches the pictures. Not central, but protected from tourist crowds, walkable to city center. Very nice location, well connected by public transport.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Cristal. The room we booked had two bathtubs, just like in the hotel pictures, and it was fabulous. The decoration was beautiful with flowers, blue velvet, and authentic azulejos tiles. The double TV screen allowed us to watch TV from both the bed and the bathtubs. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. We were thrilled with our room, and our children also enjoyed their comfortable room. The hotel reception hall was very nice with its blue velvet and sparkling chandeliers.
